Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

First, i would like to take the time to thank Lisa for always being helpful and friendly. Also, her English is amazing, which helps to overcome the language barrier in China in order to avoid misunderstandings. I highly recommend her in your search of an apartment or any other real state needs that you might have. Thank you, Lisa!

very hard working, very helpful. very high level of followup . although she seems to be very busy, but she always keeps tracking with her clients and sometimes she get the small details missed up, but she is not to be blamed. i think such kind of job requires a tablet device and customer relationship management system, i hope her company can provide her one. it was a pleasure working with her, wish her all the best.

She is very helpful when ever we have problem/issue at the apartment.

Iris has been a strong support for our family while our stay in Hangzhou. She is always available to help us with the problems that we encounter. She is very responsive and she goes out of her way to solve our problems and meet our needs. I like that she is soft manner and yet very efficient. Sometimes I don't return her calls is a timely manner and she is patient and kind. Sometimes problems come after working hours, and she she always available. Her English proficiency makes it so easy to communicate with her. Thank you Iris

After Lisa's initial help to find a suitable apartment for myself, I asked her to help me with getting a driver's license. Just like during the apartment search, Lisa was professional and very well organized. She helped me through every step of the process and I am more than happy with the result. She makes my life here much easier and it feels good to know someone that I can trust with these matters.

She was really helpfull and fast, I got my apartment in 3 days which is really nice and quick. She's helping me speaking with the landloard since my Chinese is really basic, really appreciate that. The range of apartment was not huge but I supposed it's because xiasha doesn't offer much for short term. So in the end I'm happy with the service and would raccokend it.

I met mr Zaho(Daniel) by chance when I searched a information about residence in the website. At that time I and my colleague, we need only 2 rooms for staying. But 15 more colleagues would be in Hangzhou for business and all of them are different schedule. I know its hard job to meet the different requirements. But Mr.Daniel really completed his duty successfully. His job has been really helpful to our business and all of us thank he and his help. Daniel, I really thank your help in Hangzhou.
