Find Your Perfect Home in Hangzhou

We used Hangzhou Home and our realtor Leven was wonderful. She was very helpful and we really enjoyed working with her. She very quickly found a great place for us, within our prefered neighbourhood and within our price range. Furthermore, she stayed in touch and was always ready to answer any questions we might have. Leven is very professional and courteous. After seeing some local agent, I reached out to PLUS by my coworker's recommendation. From the first touch point, Leven worked very hard to get a good sense of what I am looking for. Knowing my busy schedule, she arranged for many showing all in one Saturday morning. All of the apartments she pre-screened for me really meet and exceed my expectation. She was also very good at working the landlord to ensure the apartment is rented in a good condition and good terms. I am extremely happy with this experience and would recommendation Leven and PLUS to anyone!

My sister and I are very happy to have met Leven, who assisted us in finding an apartment near her school. As I was searching on the internet for apartments, I came upon Hangzhou Plus Real Estate and gave them a call. Suprisingly, a few hours later we met up with them and Leven was the agent assigned to us. Leven came very much prepared and showed us apartments which complied with our requirements. In addition, we did not have problems in terms of communication because Leven has good English skills. And on that very same day, we were able to chose our apartment. But her assistance did not end here. Even after signing the contract, Leven continued to be helpful in our needs and concerns. She occasionaly asks us if everything is fine in the apartment. Also, she even offered to help us install wifi. Thank you so much Leven.

very hard working, very helpful. very high level of followup . although she seems to be very busy, but she always keeps tracking with her clients and sometimes she get the small details missed up, but she is not to be blamed. i think such kind of job requires a tablet device and customer relationship management system, i hope her company can provide her one. it was a pleasure working with her, wish her all the best.

She was really helpfull and fast, I got my apartment in 3 days which is really nice and quick. She's helping me speaking with the landloard since my Chinese is really basic, really appreciate that. The range of apartment was not huge but I supposed it's because xiasha doesn't offer much for short term. So in the end I'm happy with the service and would raccokend it.

Leven has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. All I had to do was tell her my budget and the area of my preference and she did the rest. She even went as far as to tell if a particular apartment we were checking was actually worth the price that was being quoted.
