Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

I recommend consulting with Sherry, she's very professional, patient and kind. Always willing to help. She puts a lot of effort into finding a studio apartment for me. In the end she did found the right solution for me, and she helped me with other things as well, thus making it easier for me to enter in the apartment. She did a great job.

Agnes provided us with excellent support from our first contact, helping and guiding us with all the necessary documentation, assisting us with the apartment inspection, and continuing to help us. So far, we are very grateful for the services provided.

Cici is an excellent real estate agent - friendly, communicative, and always professional. She speaks very good English and truly understands her clients' needs. In our case, she found us the perfect apartment in the exact area we wanted, with all the features we were looking for. Beyond the apartment search, she provided incredibly broad support with practical matters such as setting up internet, helping with residence registration, and connecting us with a cleaning service. We highly recommend Cici to everyone, especially foreigners looking for a smooth and stress-free experience. 5 stars!

Cici is awesome. I will 100% be working with her again. The only reason I'm not continuing with her is my life is too busy to move right now and my apartment got taken over by another leasing company. When I move next I will 1000% be working with Cici again. She's a wonderful person, super responsive, and goes above and beyond for you. Cici is really the best!

Cici is a very good house agent. She has assisted us for everything from searching the flats to establish all the main services necessary to rent the flat. Moreover, as we are foreigners and less practice on the daily life aspects, we did not know Chinese lamguage, she assisted us for many other services such as cleaning service, internet and daily life first issues before our settlement in the new flat. She is active, always problem solving girl and very kind! I suggest her with 5 stars to whoever is searching a house in Hangzhou! Stefania Sabella

Sherry was really understanding of my needs. We visited appartment with the exact criteria I asked. The visit and then the contract signature was really efficient and she was always available to help. I would recommend her for appartement searchig when arriving in China where you need to understand all new life aspects.

Cici is literally the best agent!!! She is very kind, sweet and helpful and she is very quick to respond and fixes any problem instantly. Cici is truly a kind person and wants to help and is very thoughtful. I know I can count on her for anything

We've asked for Agnes' help to look for apartments twice now, and each time she finds us exactly what we're looking for almost instantly. Even after we've moved in, she's been very helpful with communicating with landlords, and answering our questions. In a last few years, we've recommended her to countless friends and will definitely continue to do so. Thank you, Agnes!
