Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

Great service by a beautiful girl, who also understands English!

I found myself in a challenging position, moving to a new city with zero knowledge of the neighborhoods or rental market. Tina stepped in immediately, asking what sort of living situation I was hoping for and based simply on that, came back with a list of options that all worked. I went from being anxious, and unaware of how to proceed, to suddenly having too many options. I recommend Hangzhou Rent and Tina for anyone looking for a place in HZ!

Working with Cici has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She went above and beyond from the very first interaction, arranging a pick up from my hotel so we could tour apartments together, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She showed me a wide range of options and, impressively, found a place that ticked every box within my budget, with a stunning view and even a bathtub, which I had not expected to find. What really sets Cici apart is her ongoing support. She is always reachable on WhatsApp and responds quickly, whether it's a simple question about where to have deliveries sent or something more complex. As a non-Chinese speaker, having someone who liaises directly with the landlord and building management on my behalf has been invaluable. She takes the stress out of navigating everything and makes you feel genuinely looked after. If you are looking for a realtor in China, especially as an expat or newcomer. Cici is the person to call. Professional, warm, and truly committed to her clients even after the deal is done.

I got Cici's contact through a friend, and she responded immediately when I reached out. I explained exactly what I was looking for-a two-bedroom apartment where the second bedroom could be left empty so I could use it as an office-and she assured me it was definitely possible. She quickly started searching for suitable apartments and arranged viewings right away. We saw six apartments in one day, and throughout the process, I really appreciated her honesty. Whenever I asked for her opinion, she gave genuine and helpful advice, which made it much easier to decide. In the end, I found the right place, and I'm truly grateful for her support. Cici is professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful. She really goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental agent.

I absolutely recommend this company, especially our agent, Cici! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home while we were away. She showed us several great options that matched our interests and stayed within our budget, which made the process so much easier. Not only that, but she also shared helpful tips about the area, including great places to visit and eat around our neighborhood. Her knowledge and support truly made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. If you're looking for your next dream home, I highly recommend working with Cici and this company!

Cici was very kind and proactive in helping me find a house that met my needs. Her English skills were excellent, and she demonstrated outstanding problem-solving abilities. Naturally, other foreign clients will be happy with her service as well.

She could not have been more helpful. She always responds to my questions in a timely manner. She showed me a diverse array of different apartments, and I was able to find new housing within several days of my previous lease expiring. Thank you Cici!
