Find Your Perfect Home in Hangzhou

Tina has been wonderful and highly accommodating in my apartment search. She took me on various viewings and shared dozens of apartments to my preferences. Her communication was prompt. She was especially great at my apartment negotiations and made sure that all of my requests were communicated in the most effective way towards the owners. I can only recommend her to anyone in need for a new apartment.

Agnes always goes above and beyond for me. Every time I'm looking for a new place, she shows me several different options to consider to ensure that I get a place that I really like. Even after moving in, she's very helpful, if I have any questions, I can always just ask and she will help me out. I haven't needed another agent because she works so hard. I'll recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so because she makes living in China easier for expats.

Cici was incredibly helpful and friendly and really helped us find a nice place. She showed us around to many spots and was always very patient with my endless questions. It was super easy to communicate with her. I would totally recommend!

I was having a difficult time finding a good apartment in the area I wanted to live. Then Sherry helped me out, showed me a bunch of different options and then eventually found the perfect apartment for me. Sherry always responded quickly to all of my questions and was there to help me at every stage.

Cici has helped us immensely since we moved to Hangzhou. She has been on hand to help with everything from broken pipes in the garden to rental fapiaos to everything in between. She's never more than a phone call or message away if we need anything. She is the perfect liaison and guide for expats in the Hangzhou community to find a comfortable place to live. I sincerely appreciate the kindness and care Cici has shown my husband and I in the few years we have known her. I am going to miss Cici!

Cici's been of immense help this past year. She took me around to check out different places until I found one suitable for me. Cici was also nice enough to assist me with other things like getting a sim card and whatnot when I first got here.
