Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

Professional service, immediate response to messages, bilingual speaker (English/Chinese), extensive knowledge of the property market and the legalities involved, I was able to secure the perfect apartment after only a week in Hangzhou! It was indeed a pleasure doing business with Tina! Highly recommended!!!

Cici has been a wonderful agent, very helpful. She found a great apartment for me that matched my needs, and since then, has also been kind to help me with other issues settling into my life in Hangzhou. She has gone far beyond what I would expect from a realtor. I would highly recommend her.

Sherry was wonderful! She showed me many apartments, all were lovely. She wanted to show me one more after we had looked at many, that ended up being the one I picked. She went the extra mile and also helped me at the police station. 10/10!l 5 stars!

Tina was a great agent for us, she helped us find our apartament in one day, with all our requirements. She speaks english. Very proactive, and managed all necessary discussions with the landlord. Answered fast to any question we had during the renting process. We were happy with her service. Thank you, Tina! Best regards, Mihaela&Pedro

Tina was very understanding and helpful throughout my house searching process, listening to my specific requirements and responding very well with a lot of the houses I was taken to see, both in regards to the quality and locations of the homes. Tina was also very patient, considering the fact that we started looking for my new home rather early and gave some examples of the types of homes I could find even before I was ready to look for a new home. We went to view houses on three or four seperate occasions and kept me up to date of new houses on the market very frequently. Once we found my new place, Tina was very clear over payment details and made a log of everything, both in terms of payment as well as checking my home for already existent damages, she even made sure to help out a little with talking to the landlord regarding my bills and setting up my own wifi which was very helpful too. Looking for a home with Tina has been the most pleasant house viewing experience I've had, and this is the sixth time I've looked for a home in Hangzhou so I think that says a lot. Thanks Tina!

Tina is a very hard working and good agent! She knows exactly what her individual customer wants and finds the best possible solution. Furthermore, she's always responding fast and offers to help in every situation. I'm definitely recommend Tina as an agent!

Agnes is very professional and an excellent communicator. She is responsive to my needs, and I can tell she works very hard. I wish more agents were like her. Will highly recommend her in the future.

Sherry was great! This was my first experience renting on my own in China and there are many, many things I could not have done without Sherry there to guide and help me. The apartment is beautiful and I am excited for my new experience in Hangzhou. Sherry has worked with internet, police, landlord, my school and has also helped me just find my way around the new area. She's a blessing!
