I had a really good experience with Kyle. He helped me find my apartment in Hangzhou and was very helpful from the beginning. He really listened to what I wanted and tried to find apartments that matched my specific needs. And honestly, my requirements were not so easy for a city like Hangzhou. I wanted a low floor, but at the same time a nice view and no road noise. At some point I thought maybe it was just impossible to find all of this in one apartment. But in the end, we found a place that had everything I wanted and actually exceeded my expectations. I am really happy with my apartment. Kyle was always responsive, patient and responsible. Tina was amazingly helpful from beginning to end of the journey of finding an apartment in Hangzhou. We communicated before I arrived in China and she took on board what I was looking for and managed my expectations. She arranged to view many flats after I arrived, within my timescale, and was always excellent at communicating. I had some small issues with payments etc. which she helped me resolve and on moving day she helped me register and set up all the necessary things like WiFi, electric etc. She has been brilliant, highly recommend.
