Cici was very helpful whilst I was looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. For someone who cannot speak Mandarin the process would have been challenging without her assistance. She provided me with several options to choose from and was available to provide any additional information throughout the process. Whilst in the apartment she assisted me with more practical things like paying for electricity etc. Great service provided. Thank you Cici for all your help.

Being new to a country and make you feel lonely confused and anxious and it is very frustrating when you have to struggle with the basics of settling down. This is the reason why Cici is like an angle for people like me. Due to my busy schedule and the tight timeline to find a new Appartment, I had to not worry at all after I told cici about my expectations and she knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the shortlisted Appartment a to suit my needs. All my questions and queries were answered immediately and it was a seamless handover of the Appartment from the landlord. I could have never be able to do this with an agent who did not understand the language and the culture of foreigners. Not only this she also maintains a very close relationship with the clients constantly checking and reminding about upcoming dues and bills and also serving as a bridge between the landlord and the building management and me. This is a great help when you need to get something done or fix something. Overall I feel she is the best agent in Hangzhou and I would highly recommend her to all my friends and associates.
