Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

We are a family from Germany with a 12 years old boy. With Robert's help we settled in a very nice, unfurnished apartment in Dreamland, where the collaborations with him and the management of the compound is excellent.

I want to start thanking Robert for the good service he and his company have provide me for the past two years. The service is not only about real state (which by the way we are very happy leaving in Dreamland), is about all what has to do with what is needed to start living in HZ (city registration etc.) and the day to day support on whatever was needed until today in the apartment or compound. I can highly recommend Robert and his company "Plus" to every expat. that is arriving in HZ

He's a great guy, a real hard worker and not afraid to go for the extra mile in order to find what you're looking for. After living in Hangzhou for 2 years, I knew what I was looking for. So he showed me 4 apartments in total, and they were all a hit! After having a nightmare landlord previously, couldn't be happier with my current one. Also he continues to deliver the best services even after you sign the contract. Don't even hesitate...

We are very happy to write a comment about Isaac, he has been a strong support for us in our relocation to Binjang. Isaac is always proactive and willing to go out if his way to provide the best service possible to us. Isaac is very professional in his approach but yet he is kind and friendly. We are very satisfied with all his assistance. Thank you !

I used Plus Real Estate Agency to find an apartment in Hangzhou. The service they provided was great and the fees were reasonable. They provide professional agents who speak fluent English, which is extremely helpful when apartment searching in a country where you don't speak the language. I would recommend this company to anyone who is apartment hunting in Hangzhou.

Issac worked with me to find an apartment in Hangzhou. I was very pleased with his service. He was professional and available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Often, when working with realtors, sometimes your concerns are overlooked and the realtor wants to show you what they think you like instead of listening to the customer. I was very lucky to work with Issac, who listened to what I wanted and found an apartment that met my needs.

Jimmy did a great Job,I like him and absolutely work with you next time.
