Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

after so many bad experiences, we got a great agency, serious and professional! Issac has been invaluable for us!!!! We found a professional person, including and especially helpful ...a friend!!! The expatriate life is not easy but if you find someone like Issac everything becomes more bearable. Dear Issac, thanks for your support, your patience and understanding! You're a great person! We know that is not easy to understand the needs of expatriates and different cultures. We appreciate very much your efforts and what you do to help everyone with high volume.

I have known Robert now for well over a year. There is nobody in China that i have dealt with in ANY business that has a better persona and empathy for your requirements than Robert. He is calm, fair, friendly, trustworthy, worldly and just an all-round good guy. He has overseen the management of my property with the kind of Service that i would expect in my native Australia ... and that makes me feel good. It's also nice to not have the feeling that somebody is not trying to squeeze every last cent out of you. Congratulations mate. I'll recommend you to any of my friends with confidence.

Melody was an absolute delight to work with. What impressed me was her quick and easygoing communication and careful attention to my specific requirements. She found exactly what we wanted in the time i wanted it... at an honest and fair price. It's sometimes not easy here in China for us 'laowais' to get good service ...so i would recommend Melody (and also Robert Hu) to any of my friends looking for real estate services.

First of all i Would like to thank Mr.Issac for making my life very comfortable in Hangzhou. He helped us in getting into the apartment smoothly, he helped me on accompany me for shopping. he has also supported in getting the telephone installation, Internet speed Increase. All this he did it very quickly. I really appreciate his timely support. I will recommend Rental Plus for my colleague. Thanking you. Regards, Panju

Hey,thank you for searching and showing me my new appartment. You did your job very well and I'm totally satisfied with my new accomodation. You also told me many things I have to know about my new living area. Thanks a lot!

After four years of cooperation with Hangzhou Home and Tina as agent it is time for a compliment. Any issue starting from organising tax invoices over contract renewals to organising to fix things in the appartment was always done in a fast and efficient way. Expectations were not only fullfiled but exceeded. Thanks!

Melody has been a great support to find the proper ayi. She has very good communication skills. She has well understood my needs and tried her best to meet my request. She is now still helpful when some clarifications are needed between me and my ayi (where my level of Chinese is not good enough).

Robert is good to understand the needs of people coming from western culture. This is important as otherwise in your business you cannot offer best apartments. Robert handled well our problems with apartment and was easy enough to contact when needed. Trust is everything when dealing with Finnish people and that was kind of problem after we found out some questionable issues when renewing apartment lease. Inside such community we had in Jin Se Hai An we knew lease prices of each other and what was proposal for knew. Not good topic to fool us. I guess this is settled down between us but remains problematic topic between two cultures for other people. In overall Robert is definitely the best housing agent in Hangzhou what I know and I know few of them nowadays from different companies. And believe me, I have advertised Robert as best one if people have had problems to find good apartment. He had very good network to find apartments, the best selection always what I heard from others too.

Crystal helped me find an apartment two weeks ago. She was very responsive, patient and meticulous. I felt very secure having her as my realtor and was surprised that she had only been working a short time. She was very mature and professional. I would recommend her to any foreigner who needs to find a place fast. She also helped me after I had moved in.Thanks Crystal!

I have my ayi and she is working for me till last October... The ayi that Melody gave me last Sunday for clean the windows she was very kindly and she worked very fast. I don't know if she is good also like a cleaner for house ... but for sure she seems a nice and smiling person.

From our arrival in Hangzhou , Issac has been outstanding! He drove us around , was on hand to call to translate and when it came to selecting an apartment he was professional, patient and very friendly to all of our family. I would sum up Issac , as a kind, polite , reliable, professional and a extremely hard working individual that made our move and stay a lot easier than it could have been. As a good measure if kids like a person immediately it does show their character and my kids liked Issac straight away!

It was very nice to meet and have the support of Issac when i move to Hangzhou. He is a great agent and he is very willing you to help you with anything you need concerning your apartment and other services like cleaning services. He has been very helpful i recommend you to use his services if you will move to Hangzhou soon!
