Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

I was lucky to see Ryan !! He is very kind and honest!!! Furthermore he has tried to find a ideal apartment for me, although I made a lot of requests. I myself and my family appreciate you and whatever you gave us. Thank you very much.

Iris was very professional and service-oriented when it came to finding a new apartment. She took the initiative to show me several places on just the first day all within my price range, and was happy to change directions when my requirements updated. In addition she was helpful when it came time for the apartment negotiation, and even had a friend accompany me for the police registration check. Highly recommend!!

Cici had always given me all the support that is expected from a company of standardsrds and structure II believe that she is going the extra mile for the costumerandand made my life easier and happier with her kind help Regards Andrea Magnano

Hi Cici, I hope you are doing well and am writing to provide you comments about your service. I am absolutely happy about your servise. You always deal with my inqueries and requests in professional way. If I have a chance, I would like to recommend you to my friends. Thank you Nathan

Cici went above and beyond when it came to helping me both look for and secure an apartment. I first got in contact with her after a recommendation from a friend, and after seeing her impeccable work with said friend, I was absolutely sure Cici was the one I wanted to guide me through my own house hunting experience, and I'm so glad she did. It's clear she has the potential renter and their individual needs firmly in mind when finding potential housing and her sense for detail and fantastic personality makes a process, that could so easily be drawn out and frustrating, go by quickly, smoothly and with the utmost calm. I have already recommended her to a number of my friends and will continue to do so, I've got nothing but praise.

Iris is a good agent with very good English. It's easy to communicate with her. Iris even helped me register at police station in time and solved an internet problem efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Iris has done very good her job, she has helped me find a very nice house and for the following process. Here I want to send my sincerely thanks to her and wish we have a better cooperation in the future!

I've had a job offer in Hangzhou, I had to come to hangzhou on a very tight schedule, I was lucky to have Robert reference from a future colleague, Robert was very dynamic and had prepared several apartment options to view prior to my arrival. With a very clear communication we quickly came down to the best options considering my requirements, he also was very effective in negotiating the apartment price and length of the contract, and reached the best deal for me. I will refer Robert every time I can. I've worked in several cities in china, had good and bad experiences with agents, and I know how important is to find a honest, dynamic and good communicator, and that's robert! Good luck for those looking for a place in Hangzhou, so far I'm very impressed with the city, cheers Miguel
