Comment: Sherry is the best agent I came accross in 6 years in China. She is smart and speaks fluent English. She understood my requirements quickly, showed me many apartments and was very helpful in fixing the deal. I though she would disappear after the deed is signed, but no, she was assisting me all the time, and I got through the tough Covid times with all the regulations thanks to her help. I cannot talk in Chinese, so I asked her to help for everything related to the house, and she arranged everything from cleaning maids to plumbers. Sherry was the reason I extended my lease twice on the apartment, I only left the apartment when I left China. Even at the time of ending the lease, Sherry was most helpful, and she made a bridge between me and the Landlady. I have been recommending Sherry and your agency to all my friends.

Comment: Being new to a country and make you feel lonely confused and anxious and it is very frustrating when you have to struggle with the basics of settling down. This is the reason why Cici is like an angle for people like me. Due to my busy schedule and the tight timeline to find a new Appartment, I had to not worry at all after I told cici about my expectations and she knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the shortlisted Appartment a to suit my needs. All my questions and queries were answered immediately and it was a seamless handover of the Appartment from the landlord. I could have never be able to do this with an agent who did not understand the language and the culture of foreigners. Not only this she also maintains a very close relationship with the clients constantly checking and reminding about upcoming dues and bills and also serving as a bridge between the landlord and the building management and me. This is a great help when you need to get something done or fix something. Overall I feel she is the best agent in Hangzhou and I would highly recommend her to all my friends and associates.
